What’s Included in a Post Construction Clean?

Deep Detail Clean - Phase 2

This clean is done when the build is structurally complete.

This is a comprehensive, floor to ceiling scrub focusing on removing stubborn construction dust, paint overspray, grout haze, and sticker residue.

Sparkle Clean - Phase 3

This is the final clean before the property is handed over to the homeowners.

The finishing touch, completed just before you move in or before the official client walkthrough. It polishes fixtures, wipe off the light resettlement dust, and leaves a showroom-quality finish.

Cleaning typically includes the following:

Interior Cleaning

  • We clean internal glass, window frames, and tracks. External window cleaning can be discussed for single storey homes with windows upto 4m high. Exterior window cleaning for two storey homes is quoted separately and will be dependent on the project and access.

  • We remove light construction residue where possible. However, some marks such as paint, silicone, or adhesive may require specialist removal or may not be fully removable without risk to surfaces.

  • If trades re-enter and create additional mess, a touch-up or re-clean may be required. We also use a clear tag-out process to indicate completed areas and help maintain accountability onsite.
