All Harmonic Living products are handmade with care and intention. As a result, natural variations and small imperfections are part of their character and not considered faults.

Variations may include differences in colour, shape, texture, or finish. Where natural or repurposed materials are used, markings or irregularities may also be present. These details are part of what makes each piece unique.

We do our best to accurately represent each product through descriptions and imagery. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings. If you are unsure about any item, we encourage you to get in touch before purchasing.

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has a genuine fault, is not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description. This does not include variations or characteristics inherent to handmade or natural products.

Returns or exchanges will only be considered for items that are unused and in their original condition, unless the product is faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
